Randy is a Manitowoc native. He and his wife Connie reside in Manitowoc and have three adult sons Derek, Daniel, and David.
A Roncalli alumni, he has remained involved with Roncalli High School as well as with his church, St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Randy’s past volunteer involvement with these groups include: Board of Education & Executive/Finance Committee, and Development Committee. Randy is also active in the parish as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, and Media Minister. He and his wife, Connie, serve as the Committee Chairs for the annual St. Francis Parish Picnic.
He is also the facilitator of the Manitowoc Youth Sports Complex and the President of Manitowoc Youth Baseball/Softball Ltd. which currently serves more than 650 kids in the program.
A local business owner since 1987, Randy currently owns and operates Heinzen Financial Services.
